If for whatever reason you have a refund or return request, you can let us know by submitting information about your request on this page or via any other support channel that we maintain (Email, Facebook, Chat, WhatsApp)

Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law.

You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.

You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.

We may require you to take photographs and a video, describing the fault in your product.

We will work with you to ensure that you are 100% Satisfied with any purchase from - it is part of our 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. 

If you are not happy with your product on receipt of it, get in contact with us within 30 days so that we can arrange a return.

Do not destroy or get rid of the packaging and include this in your return.

If a Refund is the mutually agreed upon resolution, we will refund your Order amount completely, unless the refund is only for part of the order and/or there was a payment made for Express Shipping which was used.

In some circumstances, we may require you to return the product to our team at your own cost for us to provide a refund or replacement.

We aim to respond to and resolve all issues within 3 days, however this period may be longer or shorter, depending on the circumstances of the situation.
