COVID-19 UPDATE: Due to the Covid-19 Pandemic, delivery times may be increased on orders from our store. Australia Post has suspended their Signature on Delivery & Confirmed Delivery services for our Free Shipping Option, so please know that your parcel will be left in your mailbox or a safe place around your house. If it cannot be left anywhere safe, a note for collection will be left.
If there ever becomes a stage where we cannot ship products, we will stop the availability of all items on our store. Until this happens, please consider Smart Sales Australia OPEN and ready to supply you with whatever products you require (email or contact us on Facebook if there is something specific that you want).

How much does shipping cost for items purchased from Smart Sales Australia?
Unlike many other online stores, we offer FREE shipping on all orders, no matter how much you order! It is as simple as that.
Do you ship Internationally?
Yes! For a small fee at checkout (only $5), we ship to all addresses across the world, including New Zealand, the United States and the United Kingdom!
Where do you ship from?
To ensure the lowest possible prices, certain items are kept and shipped from our Brisbane location, while others are prepared and shipped from our various partner warehouses located in Australia and throughout Asia.
How long will my product take to reach me?
Please contact us if you require express delivery (extra cost). Our free shipping option typically takes between 6 and 13 business days to reach our Aussie customer addresses, depending on their location. Occasionally this timeframe may be extended for various reasons outside of our control, such as public holidays or busy delivery periods such as Cyber Monday or Christmas. Our typical handling time is 1 - 2 business days and tracking numbers are available on request. If you do not receive your order within 28 business days, email us at email@example.com and we will track down your order and if lost, send you another replacement at no cost!
Please note that we anticipate delays for our Free Shipping Option of a few days to a few weeks during the Lunar New Year which occurs in the month of February. We apologise in advance for any delay. If you have any questions, please contact us.
Why did I only receive part of my order in a delivery?
Sometimes we ship items separately to ensure we can provide the lowest prices to our loyal customers. This may mean you receive one of your orders items on a Monday, and the second on a Tuesday (or following days). Who doesn't like getting and opening multiple packages though!
